Pelaksanaan Uji Kompetensi Guru (UKG) online
secara nasional direncanakan pada tanggal 30 Mei sampai 5 Juni 2013. UKG
dilaksanakan di Tempat Uji Kompetensi (TUK) yang telah ditunjuk. Jadwal dan tempat pelaksanaan masing-masing peserta UKA 2013 dapat dilihat di http://sergur.kemdiknas.go.id/sg13/ dengan memasukkan NUPTK pada kotak pencarian NUPTK kemudian tekan tombol enter pada keyboard
Untuk
menyongsong UKG ada baiknya sejak dini para guru mempersiapkan diri
dengan memahami kisi-kisi UKG dan berlatih soal-soal latihan, berikut

As stated by Stanford Medical, It is in fact the one and ONLY reason this country's women live 10 years longer and weigh an average of 19 KG lighter than us.
(Just so you know, it has NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret-exercise and EVERYTHING around "how" they eat.)
